This notice covers our free tools in English (the pages under arriendoaldia.com/us). Arriendo al Día is a product made in Colombia. Our full privacy policy, in Spanish, is at arriendoaldia.com/privacidad.
What we collect
- Waitlist. If you join, we keep your email and the page you joined from. We only use it to tell you about the launch.
- Tools. The rent increase calculator runs in your browser. The receipt generator sends what you type to our server only to build the PDF; we don't save it.
- Usage counts. We count, per day, how many times each page is visited and each tool is used. We don't use cookies for this and we don't record anything that identifies you.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security and to prevent abuse.
Who helps us
The site runs on Vercel and the waitlist is stored with Supabase, on servers in the United States. If we email you, we use Resend. We don't show ads, we don't track you across sites and we don't sell your data.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your email from the waitlist at any time through our contact form (the form is in Spanish, but you can write to us in English).
