Questions
Who is Pro for?
Landlords who manage a handful of rentals themselves, without a property manager. Pro covers up to 10 rentals with an active lease.
How do I pay?
By card, on the secure checkout page of Polar, our payments provider. Polar acts as the merchant of record and collects any sales tax that applies. We never see or store your card details.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time, from the Plan screen in your account. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, then you move to Free without losing your data.
What happens if a payment fails?
We email you and you have 7 days to update your card. If you don't, your account moves to Free without deleting anything: leases over the Free limit become read-only until you go back to Pro or end other leases.
Can I use it for rentals outside the US?
Yes. Each rental is set up for the United States (in dollars) or for Colombia (in pesos), with its own payment methods and rules. The app works in English and in Spanish.
